【佐賀清和高校×西九州大学 国際交流会を開催しました🌏✨】

令和8年8月20日（木）、本学の外国人留学生と佐賀清和高等学校の生徒たちによる国際交流会を実施しました！

ミャンマー、ネパール、ベトナム出身の留学生が自国の文化を紹介し、ミャンマーの留学生より伝統舞踊を披露しました
その後はグループに分かれ、外国の珍しいお菓子を囲んで楽しく交流しました🤝

高校生からは「食事・行事・衣服などの話を聞いて興味がわいた」と、異文化への視野を広げる貴重なきっかけとなり、充実した時間となりました。
本学ではこれからも次代を担う若者同士の交流を応援し、国際感覚を育む取り組みを進めてまいります。

🌏✨ Saga Seiwa High School × Nishikyushu University International Exchange Event Held ✨🌏

On Thursday, August 20, 2026, Nishikyushu University hosted an international exchange event featuring our international students and students from Saga Seiwa High School.

International students from Myanmar, Nepal, and Vietnam introduced their home countries' cultures, and a student from Myanmar performed a traditional dance, offering participants a valuable opportunity to experience diverse cultures firsthand.

Following the presentations, the students gathered in small groups to enjoy and discuss unique international snacks, creating a friendly and engaging atmosphere for cross-cultural interaction. 🤝

Many of the high school students commented that learning about topics such as food, festivals, and traditional clothing had sparked their interest in other cultures. The event provided a meaningful opportunity to broaden their perspectives and deepen their understanding of cultural diversity.

Nishikyushu University will continue to support opportunities for young people to connect across cultures and foster the global awareness and international mindset needed for the future. 🌍✨
