On June 19, 2026, a company information session was held at the Office Suncity Building with the cooperation of the IUCHI Foundation. Representatives from the Inouchi Foundation Secretariat, Charm Care Corporation Co., Ltd., SOMPO Care Inc., Good Time Living Co., Ltd., and HASEKO SENIOR WELL DESIGN Co.,Ltd. participated in the event. The session was organized for ten Myanmar international students in the second year of the Care Worker Course at our college who are recipients of the Inouchi Foundation Scholarship.
During the session, human resources representatives from each company provided detailed explanations about their organizations, business operations, job responsibilities, employee benefits, and recruitment information. The students visited each company booth in turn and listened attentively to the presentations, making the event a valuable opportunity to consider their future career paths and employment options.
Throughout the session, the students actively asked questions regarding job duties, workplace atmosphere, and career development systems. The company representatives responded carefully and thoughtfully to each question. The students showed great interest in the discussions and were seen seriously reflecting on their future careers.
In addition, the participating companies provided videos featuring graduates of our college who introduced their actual job responsibilities and workplace experiences in their native language. By seeing senior graduates actively working in Japan, the students were able to gain a more concrete understanding of their future employment and life after graduation.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all participating companies for taking time out of their busy schedules to provide this valuable opportunity for our students.
Our college will continue to support the career development of international students and foster highly skilled professionals. We sincerely appreciate your continued support and cooperation.
