令和8年度・公益財団法人井内財団御一行 表敬訪問 Courtesy Visit by the Delegation of the Iuchi Asia Scholarship Foundation for Fiscal Year 2026
令和8年4月14日（火）、公益財団法人井内財団の井内代表理事、桐原事務局長、垣谷部長が来訪されました。
井内財団は、ミャンマーからの留学生支援を通じて、同国の発展に寄与するとともに、我が国との友好・親善の促進および人類福祉に貢献する人材の育成と相互理解の深化を目的とされています。
その取り組みの一つとして、留学生への奨学金給付事業を行っており、本学介護福祉コースに在籍する２０名の留学生もそのご支援を頂いております
当日は、本学より福元学長、上野副学長、馬場介護福祉コース主任、吉村特任准教授が出席し、意見交換を行いました。
また、夕方には歓迎会が開催され、本学の２年次奨学生や同奨学金を受給されている佐賀女子短期大学の多くの学生とも親睦も深まりました。
新しい環境への緊張も自然とほぐれ、新入生たちの今後の学生生活への期待も一層高まる機会となりました

On Tuesday, April 14, 2026, Iuchi Foundation was honored by a visit from its Representative Director, Ms. Iuchi, Secretary General Mr. Kirihara, and Department Director Mr. Kakitani.
The Foundation aims to contribute to the development of Myanmar by supporting international students from the country, while also promoting friendship and goodwill between Myanmar and Japan, fostering individuals who can contribute to the welfare of humanity, and deepening mutual understanding. As part of these efforts, the Foundation provides scholarships to international students, and 20 students enrolled in the Care and Welfare Course at our university are currently receiving this support.
On the day of the visit, President Fukumoto, Vice President Ueno, Ms. Baba (Head of the Care and Welfare Course), and Associate Professor Yoshimura attended from our university, and an exchange of views was conducted.
In the evening, a welcome reception was held, where second-year scholarship students from our university, along with many scholarship recipients from Saga Women’s Junior College, deepened their communication and friendships. The new students were able to relax in the warm atmosphere, easing their initial nervousness about the new environment and further increasing their anticipation for student life ahead.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude for taking the time to visit us from afar.
