On Monday, February 17, 2025, two international students visited a local elementary school in Kanzaki. The visit was conducted entirely in English, providing a valuable opportunity for cultural exchange.

The program began with the international students introducing themselves. Next, elementary school students shared their dreams for the future. At the end of the session, the international students offered words of encouragement to the presenters.

Reflecting on the experience, Zhu from China commented, "The elementary school students were more open than I expected. They spoke confidently and with strong voices. I hope all their dreams come true."

Shibu from Nepal shared, "It was a wonderful day meeting the students. I hope they do their best to achieve a bright future."

After the activities, the international students experienced eating a Japanese school lunch and played with the children on the playground.

We sincerely thank the school for this opportunity and extend our gratitude to the international students for helping to build bridges between the university and the local community.

　2025年2月17日（月）、2名の留学生が神埼市の小学校を訪問しました。この訪問による交流はすべて英語で行われ、貴重な異文化交流の機会となりました。
　プログラムは、留学生の自己紹介から始まりました。その後、小学生たちが自分の将来の夢を発表し、最後に留学生が発表者に向けて励ましの言葉を送りました。
この経験を振り返り、中国出身のシュさんは次のようにコメントしました。
「小学生たちは思っていた以上に元気で、自信を持って大きな声で話していました。みんなの夢が叶うことを願っています。」
ネパール出身のシブさんは、
「生徒たちに会えて素晴らしい一日でした。皆さんが明るい未来に向かって努力し続けることを願っています。」
と語りました。
　活動の後は日本の学校給食を体験し、休み時間には子どもたちと一緒に校庭で遊びました。
　この貴重な機会をくださった小学校に心より感謝申し上げるとともに、大学と地域社会の架け橋となってくれた留学生たちにも深く感謝いたします。
