留学生支援ボランティア制度（英語説明）
The International Student Support Volunteer Program (ENGLISH INSTRUCTION)
NU&NUJC International Exchange Center offers International Student Support Volunteer Program designed to promote the assistance for international students and international exchange among students. “International students looking for volunteers” and “Students hoping to become volunteers for international students” are connected through LINE group carrying out the on-demand interactive exchange such as practicing Japanese conversation, preparation/ review for the regular curriculum and so on.
～Various requests from both parties～ Int'l Student Ａ「I have no class this afternoon, so I want to practice my Japanese with someone」
Int'l Student B 「I need to go to the immigration office for my visa renewal, but I’m a bit worried to go alone」ＳＴＥＰ１ Sign in *The personal information provided will be only used for this Program.
（１）Int'l students looking for volunteers 【HOW TO】If you want to sign in the program, please contact the staff of International Exchange Center. It's free of charge.
（２）Students hoping to become volunteers for Int'l students 【HOW TO】If you want to sign in the program, please accessHEREto register. It's free of charge.
ＳＴＥＰ２ HOW TO USE You are required to install two free apps, "LINE" and "Google Sheets" beforehand. （１）Int'l students looking for volunteers ①Request for volunteers Please fill out the formHERE
②Matching Your information entered in the above ① will be updated on the designated Google sheets.
If there are any volunteers who are interested in your request, they will contact you directly through your registered email address.
（NOTE）We will share the link to the designated Google sheets only with the registered students.
（NOTE）Keep in mind that there is a chance of no response from volunteers .
③After your request is fulfilled Once again access the designated Google sheets and choose「済(done)」to show your request is fulfilled.
（２）Students hoping to become volunteers for Int'l students Int'l students information entered in the above ① will be updated on the designated Google sheets.
If you find any requests you are interested in, please contact the student via his/her registered email address for further information and carry out support if everything suits you both.
（NOTE）We will share the link to the designated Google sheets only with the registered students.
