ホテル業特化型企業説明会を開催しました
「ホテル業特化型企業説明会」を開催しました✨
2026年10月2日（金）、西九州大学佐賀キャンパスにて、本学のホテル業界やレストランへの就職を希望する留学生を対象に、「ホテル業特化型企業説明会」を開催しました。
当日は、多文化コース・食健康コース・幼児保育学科の留学生および日本人学生計78名が参加しました
今回の説明会には、「ファームガイダンス」ならびに「日本セレモニー」「雲仙福田屋」「Ｃ＆Ｇvalue design」の皆様にご来訪いただき、それぞれの企業の事業内容や仕事内容、ホテル・観光業界で働く魅力についてご説明いただきました✨
学生たちは、各企業の説明を熱心に聞きながら、ホテルをはじめとするサービス業における具体的な仕事内容や、企業が求める人材について理解を深めました
企業の方々から直接お話を伺ったことで、2年生は履歴書の送付など、具体的なエントリーに向けた一歩を踏み出す機会となりました。一方、1年生にとっては、ホテル・観光業界で働くことをより身近に感じるとともに、自分自身の将来やキャリアについて考えることができました😊
このような貴重な機会をご提供いただきました皆様に、心より感謝申し上げます。
本学では今後も、留学生が地域企業や地域社会とのつながりを深め、大学での学びや交流を将来のキャリア形成につなげられるよう、さまざまな就職支援・キャリア教育の取組を行ってまいります。
International Students Attend a Hotel Industry Company Information Session
A Hotel Industry–Focused Company Information Session was held on Friday, October 2, 2026, at Nishikyushu University’s Saga Campus for international students interested in pursuing careers in the hotel and restaurant industries.
A total of 78 students, including international and Japanese students from the Multicultural Studies Course, Food and Health Course, and Department of Early Childhood Education, participated in the session.
Representatives from Farm Guidance, Nihon Ceremony, Unzen Fukudaya, and C&G value design joined the session and introduced their respective businesses, job opportunities, and the appeal of working in the hotel and tourism industry. ✨
The students listened attentively to each presentation and deepened their understanding of the specific roles and responsibilities involved in the hotel and service industries, as well as the qualities and skills sought by companies.
By hearing directly from industry professionals, second-year students had an opportunity to take concrete steps toward employment, including submitting their résumés and beginning the application process. For first-year students, the session provided a valuable opportunity to gain a closer understanding of careers in the hotel and tourism industry and to think about their own future career paths. 😊
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who has provided me with this valuable opportunity.
Nishikyushu University will continue to provide various career support and career education opportunities so that international students can deepen their connections with local businesses and communities and connect their learning and interactions at the university to their future career development.
