The 42^nd South East Asian and Japanese Youth Program visited NU as part of the Regional Program to Saga Prefecture. Thirty youth from 10 ASEAN countries and Japan joined the freshman of Children Studies. Session 1 included country group discussions/worksheet and singing together. Session 2 included an ice breaking activity, group discussions about ‘My Dream’ and playing a Japanese game. Roy Joseph R Roberto (Philippines) said, “I had so much fun. I wish we could have spent more time together.” Phan Khanh Ha (Vietnam) in her closing address to the group declared, “Once friends, always friends. I hope we can meet again someday, either in Japan our in our ASEAN countries.”
